The things to take care of in a kitchen besides good food are hygiene and safety. Both of these factors are crucial as they help to successfully cook good food, the ones we end up licking our fingers with. Undercooked food or losing track of time

The cook might have lost the track of time and the germs hadn’t been killed completely.

It should always be noted that while cooking meat we do not take off the utensil before the meat is properly cooked. The required temperature must be achieved to kill the bacteria found in meat and after that, the food can be garnished or served. To cook seafood, poultry food, meat or egg products, a food thermometer must always be considered.
Neglecting proper temperature to keep foods
It is always advised to keep the foods at a proper temperature. For the hot foods, it is being recommended that they must be kept above 140 degrees Fahrenheit to keep it all protected and for the cold foods it is advised them to keep under 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Not washing your hands often enough
To fight against the food borne diseases, it is the best to wash your hands properly and more often. You get to handle many of the heavy ingredients while being in a kitchen like meat, fish, and chicken so washing hands properly, just not for the sake of soaping them up should be a normal practice.
Neglecting to clean the kitchen
Even though when you wash your dishes thoroughly and completely but fail to clean your kitchen and kitchen counters regularly, the dust particles still become a part of your food or utensils. It is always advised to clean the microwave, dishwasher, sink and kitchen counter regularly on proper intervals to portrait a perfect picture of a hygienic kitchen.
